Shawn Bradtmueller Ian was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We are in the process of buying this condo and our primary residence is out of state. I called three different companies. The first company I called, the agent had left for the day already (it was 4:45 on a Friday), the second company the agent gave me the “my computer is about to restart, can you send me an email” and Ian picked up on the second ring.
