Stefano Fernandez Lori was amazing—super helpful, efficient, and made the process smooth. If you’re looking for great service, I highly recommend working with her. However, Freeway Insurance itself can be frustrating—calls often get transferred to different offices, and reaching your local agent can be tricky. If you want to work specifically with Lori, make sure to ask for her directly, as the main line might try to sell you a policy themselves or disconnect the call. Despite that, Lori is fantastic, and I appreciate her help!

Tammy Mauro I called with two questions about receiving benefits and the woman who I was stuck talking to was very hard to understand her english and did not answer the one question, instead read me the paragraph the question I had pertained to. The second question she told me she could not answer then asked me if she could help me with something else when she could not help me with what I needed. A different time two years ago, I was called and told they need to meet me about my policy. I took off work, drove 40 minutes away for them to try to get me to invest money, when I told them I do not have money they asked if I had control of anyone elses to invest. Very disappointed in a supposedly top notch company.

Rod Gillmore Our neighbor recommended Christy Lawrenson who proved to be a delightful person to work with...and she found a great hazard (hurricane) policy for our condo. By combining it with a new condo homeowners policy, (at a lower price than what we had been paying for homeowners insurance) the total cost for both policies was less than $100 more than we had been paying for our homeowners policy alone. Amazing! She also found auto insurance for our vehicles at a considerably lower cost. Nice savings! Were very grateful to have her as our new insurance agent.
