michael puschautz I’ve had excellent service with the insurance exchange on my Homeowners Insurance. When I needed to get estimated discount cost for my insurance if I put the impact windows in. They did the work promptly and sent me the estimates. After completion, they had to do it again. I had good experience I was able to Get it approved to get a state refund for the windows. In addition, they promptly gave me a check for the amount they owed me. Dating back to the time they were installed. I was very happy with the service and understanding.

James Howell Dog water of a company, called to swap insurance from my jeep to my new used dodge nitro, a tiny lil suv..These fools wanted to charge me 100 extra dollars a month. They couldn’t provide me with a reason other than just because. Told the supervisor I spoke to I was just gonna get a different company if they didn’t fix that obvious price gouging, she didn’t seem to care idk she must have really good job security or a lot saved or not own stocks in the company she works for. Anyways I got new insurance and will not be paying my bill for progressive btw my new insurance was 75 dollars less same cars. Eat one progressive!

The office was not able to beat the coverage I have for the same rate, however, Karen was fantastic to work with. She explained the different changes I could make to the coverage they were offering and explained how some changes to my home could even save me some money. I had a fantastic experience with this office and will reach out again next year when my renewal is due.
