I can’t count the times she has had to deal with my frazzled stressed out husband at the DMV but she always stays so positive calm and collected. He goes above and beyond in ways you rarely see these days. If youre looking for an insurance agent who is responsive and truly cares, look no further than Ed! He always gets back to me promptly and goes above and beyond to ensure I have the right coverage. Dealing with insurance can sometimes be stressful, but Ed makes it easy. 5 /5 David Wood: I am not one to gush over homeowner’s insurance, but my experience with the Great Florida Insurance team demands that I speak up. Their service is tops: Jeff took lots of time in a phone conversation to thoroughly explain to me the Citizen’s Insurance available/not available confusion. In another situation I received a call (thank you Helen!) reminding me that my insurance premium was due. Great customer service!

I started with my home, added personal auto and then they quickly earned my commercial policies. I very much appreciate the time they take to go over our policies and answer any questions we have. They take the time to listen and, in doing so, have saved us quite a bit over the last couple years. They are on top of our renewals and reach out before they are due to either explain why we should stick with the current policy, or let us know they were able to find a better deal. Its such a relief that I dont have to do the shopping anymore for policies. Thanks so much! We very much appreciate you all.
