Merry Chaiken WOW! I have been looking everywhere for a particular bracelet for my fiancé then I saw Marks website and read the reviews. I immediately drove to his shop and he not only had exactly what I wanted but the quality, craftsmanship and weight of the bracelet are amazing!! We will be buying more pieces from him, for sure! Zoe Freeman Kat the store manager took care of me when I came in. She was very kind, helpful, and patient with me the whole time I was there. She took the time to show me everything I wanted to see and even showed me new things I hadn’t noticed originally. Mike Bussell I brought my wifes necklace in because the clasp had broken. Mike at Ottos Jewelry had it fixed in no time. (I fortunately was there when no other customers were in) The professionalism, welcoming spirit, and kindness shown by the shop owners is second to none. You can tell that the craftsmanship, pride, knowledge, and experience that Ottos is is a class leader in their field.

lindsey updegrove I have taken some gold rings to be repaired here and I was always happy with results. I recently ordered a pair of custom earrings from them and they are beautiful. When I saw them I wasn’t sure if they were exactly what I wanted. Pam was super patient and helpful. She even ordered extra gemstones to see if they were closer to the color I was looking for. I will definitely be going to them for all of my jewelry purchases and repairs from now on. Highly recommend!
