TD Bank - Palm Bay (FL)

3 /5 Rhonda: Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.

1 /5 Lisa I: Customer service is does not exist at this branch. I went there to update my sons account and was told I would have to wait an hr or make an appointment. I didnt have to make an appointment when I deposited his money into their bank. Nevertheless, I dont recommend TD Bank.

1 /5 Jessica Holbrook: I went here with my mother after my grandfather died. Despite her having a death certificate and a will that stated VERY CLEARLY that she was his personal representative and she had the right to access any of his accounts AND she was added to his TD Bank checking and CD accounts prior to his death, they would not allow her to access his credit card account just to see if any automated payments were being made that she needed to cancel. After waiting for ages for the bank employee to talk to someone on the phone, she finally got us paper copies of the last 3 statements but that was the best she could do. I would rather have a root canal than come here again.

1 /5 Ashley: Came in to open a business checking and the wait time with no one inside was ridiculous. Ellen finally got off the phone came over to great me just to tell me she have an appointment at two and the other clerk will help me in five minutes. With this type of customer service I knew this isn’t the bank i would like to keep my money in. Please retrain your employees on customer service.

2 /5 Carla: Came in with a problem, without an appointment which seems like a vital necessity now at TD bank, and after someone told the employee of my situation, I was looked at and treated like Im an idiot. I was then stepped over by the same woman that tasted me like an idiot and she took another customer in front of me. All this after, giving my emotion support dog a nasty look and rolling her eyes. Im still seated here with ALL employees without any customers in their seats while Im writing this. **Will update, if anything unnecessary or unprofessional continues to happen here at TD Bank on Babcock Rd near Palm Bay Rd.
