Jose Bosque We highly recommend Melissa Lilly. We have worked with several loan officers in the past, and we have never met a loan officer as dedicated to the client as Melissa. She found us a great rate using my VA Benefits and assisted us through the entire process of getting our loan.The communication with Melissa was one we have never experienced, as she made herself available to us at any given time. She walked us through the process and made a stressful situation very easy and informative. We HIGHLY recommend her to our friends and family and definitely consider her as our friend!!

Lee Jacobson This company is awful they automatically deny your claim and have you fight them in court. Numerous reviews claim they bully their clients and I totally agree. They have never been a fare operating company.

Dallas Jeanty-Berg I joined this bank solely because my office is in the same building for ease with simple transactions. In that time, their customer service has left me pleasantly surprised and barring unexpected personal needs, I will not bank anywhere else again. Marianela Valenzuela helped me open my account here. She was knowledgeable on all their products and as a result of her information I got a $300 promotion for switching my direct deposit over. Tracey Burrow (branch manager) is fantastic. Every time I’m here it seems like she knows most of her clients by name. I’ve even seen people drop by just to say hi and go about their day. Banking has seemed so impersonal for so long that I’m just grateful to have a positive experience to share. Special shoutout to Kory Gonzalez as well! Always helpful and accommodating and they are lucky to have him. Thanks BofA!!!

Taylor Young 3 stars only cause Im not a fan of Truist as a branch of banking. However. Im fairly pleased with this specific one. Not sure why everyone is slandering Keith. Went in there to change a few things and get access to my mobile account and he was very helpful, polite, and even explained things when I didnt quite understand. Overall satisfied here where as Im left disappointed at most other Truists

Marie Clark William Hollands team has been a real god-send to our family. The team, especially Kate!, are wonderful. They take time to explain anything you need to know, the advice is excellent and far-thinking, and they are very responsive.
