Gerry with-a-G A MASTERCLASS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Gabby helped me with opening an account the other day & provided world-class service one would come to expect from larger institutions! As I walked into their front lobby, Gabby grabbed my attention and acknowledged me with a smile, a friendly greeting & welcomed me to the Credit Union. Now, thats a warm welcome, I thought to myself. Her tone of sincerity when she asked "How may I be of service to you" is what crystalized by first impression of the credit union: a place I’d like to do business with. We went through the process of opening my account as Gabby paid special attention to the fact that I had just moved into Ocala. She pointed out the other branch in town along with a thorough overview of all their services - not taking anything for granted. Our conversation was driven by her questions, seeking to understand my banking needs, so I sensed that she was not working off a "service script" like so many other credit unions. For the first time in about 3 decades, my experience in dealing with a credit union was not painful. It was pleasant, efficient, and gave me the confidence that this place will treat me right, like a TRUE partner would. Now, I look forward to my next visit. Extra bonus: She didnt have to wish me "Have a Magical Day"... as I was already on cloud 9!

Shawn Baecker Mr. Joel Dunham has been taking care of us for almost 10 years, and I can honestly tell you that he is up with the best of the best. He will take as much time as you need to answer all your questions, his knowledge is superb, and we trust him with our lives, literally. He applies his personal, Godly/Christian standards to his work, and is always honest and forthcoming, and we feel like family when we are in his office. Dont hesitate to at least give the office a call and schedule a time to sit down and get started on your life after retirement. Tell Dianne that Shawn sent you! ;) In reading the other reviews, I dont think its fair that Google allows someone to leave a 1-star rating on someones business without at least 20 words to say why. I cant imagine anyone having a 1-star experience with Joel.

Mark Thompson I was in the final stages of a business acquisition transaction that required key person life insurance coverage and accessed Michael and Susan Gray online at MEG Financial. They responded quickly and Michael and I were talking on the phone hours after my inquiry. We discussed my short timeline to secure this coverage and Michael explained the required next steps and that if we jumped into the application process quickly we could have this coverage in place to meet my timeline requirements. He found the most affordable coverage and carrier option for my coverage request and completed the initial application on the phone. Michaels wife Susan then jumped in through emails and phone calls to expedite the required physical exam and submission to the carrier underwriters and walked the application through to ultimate acceptance such that the policy could be issued in time for my transaction to close. I highly recommend Michael, Susan and their Team to anyone looking for key person life insurance coverage. They are located I believe in Florida and I am on the west coast in Washington state and their knowledge and responsiveness in this process made me feel like I was working with someone in the office building next door.
