1 /5 Bonnie Whitmire: If I could give 0 stars I would. SunTrust was great, then the merge happened. Bills didn’t get paid, hold times of over 2 hours and still didn’t get to talk to a human being. The bankers in the Inverness do not return calls or emails. Keith is rude and worthless, can’t even manage to do what he said he was going to do. If you ask for a supervisor’s contact information, they ignore the request. I closed my account because of all the issues and am still having issues after months of fighting with them. Worst bank ever and I have had some bad banks! It’s really a shame that SunTrust sold out.
