Truist - Inverness (FL)

1 /5 Bonnie Whitmire: If I could give 0 stars I would. SunTrust was great, then the merge happened. Bills didn’t get paid, hold times of over 2 hours and still didn’t get to talk to a human being. The bankers in the Inverness do not return calls or emails. Keith is rude and worthless, can’t even manage to do what he said he was going to do. If you ask for a supervisor’s contact information, they ignore the request. I closed my account because of all the issues and am still having issues after months of fighting with them. Worst bank ever and I have had some bad banks! It’s really a shame that SunTrust sold out.

1 /5 Ing Sed: Worse customer service I ever had. Hold up your money for 10 days. Even if they already cashed the check at the other bank. Bank representative will insinuate that the check looks like home printed check even if it’s a check mailed from a bank. Or accuse you of possible fraud because they have never heard of that bank name, then refuse to call bank to confirm it’s an actual legit bank.

3 /5 Taylor Young: 3 stars only cause Im not a fan of Truist as a branch of banking. However. Im fairly pleased with this specific one. Not sure why everyone is slandering Keith. Went in there to change a few things and get access to my mobile account and he was very helpful, polite, and even explained things when I didnt quite understand. Overall satisfied here where as Im left disappointed at most other Truists

1 /5 Joshua Shamah: 4 out of 5 times I go here the ATM is DOWN (BROKEN or NOT WORKING). This has been like this for the past year. Pretty weird that the most basic function of a bank is non-operational. Do you not have enough money to fix your ATM? I dont understand. Youre a bank. Would not recommend if you want your bank to have a working ATM.

1 /5 ladytaz Payne: Truist as a whole are not customer friendly. If you talk to their HQ they dont know their own phone number or how to transfer a call. They each claim they have no supervisor. Very suspicious
