1 /5 James Arkinson: Drove 25 miles to pay property taxes. Google says there open until 5. Get there at 425 and its all locked up. The door hours are until 430 posted. Im mad I drove all that way to pay them and they closed earlier than there posted hours wasting my time and money

1 /5 Megan: Came in to this location today to receive a tag and a new license. Waited about 15 minutes to be seen, that was not the issue though. The issue was once I was buzzed over to station 3, I sat down and the lady at that station named Vanessa was immediately rude and not friendly at all. She carried an attitude the whole time. Was not informative or helpful throughout the process. As someone who works in a professional environment I am shocked that she is able to work here and behave the way she does. I don’t appreciate being spoken to the way I was and being treated as if I was a problem to her. Especially when I am a resident of this county and a paying customer. I will not being go back here for anything that I need and I hope that she can learn to be kind or get out of the public. Also I feel that your employees should be a representation of good customer service and helpful no matter the situation.

5 /5 Walter Maqueda: Well, since 2016, everytime I had gone here to Live Oak DMV office, it has always been a pleasure, it really helps when you speak in a crisp clear voice, so as they can understand you best. regardless of how your day is , or what you have to get done, smile and be courteous. goes a long way. its always been quick there. especially if you have everything you need to help them do their job correctly. Be courteous, smile. and you will get it back. Remember, they are people too.

2 /5 Stacey Owens: I arrived around 8am , the line was pretty long wait time was not too bad. The lady that assisted me was not friendly at all , she was short with me, acting as if she wanted to rush me out of the way. I stated what I wanted done twice to her , even used hand gestures to show the number of years I wanted my tag to be renewed. Clearly she didn’t not listen to my request in full and proceeded to do what she assumed I wanted. This caused my payment to be charged totally, voided & reimbursed and reprocessed .The process would have gone much more smoothly had she listened to my needs from the beginning. Or had she told me the pricing of the services (when I ask) , this issue could have been corrected before an initial payment was even processed. Again wait time not bad , as far customer service thumbs down.
