I reached out, and initially spoke with Ray Moatz, he was very professional, helpful, and friendly—I was immediately put at ease taking the big step to purchase a residence. Norma Rodriguez was so helpful she made everything so easy for me and was clear, and Holly Rosa was equally great. I can’t say enough about Obsidian Mortgage, they made what I thought was impossible for me so very possible and I am a proud owner!! I give them five STARS all around!

Michael Odom This place is actually one of the many historical places here in Crestview, FL! Used to be the public library named after Robert L.F. Sikes which he was a senator for Florida! and in 1995 I believe. Our community college in Niceville, FL needed more room and purchased it and started using it as part of the college campus which is now Northwest Florida State College.

Angela Logan Reached out to this company after reading a great review on Reddit. Was able to speak with a LIVE person and not asked to give any personal information. Several texts and a phone call with Scott, who was kind and thorough in explaining options for an RV loan. Appreciated he was not interested in "selling" to me but rather interested in helping me find the best loan for me. I would definitely call them again if in the market for a loan. They certainly have the customer at the forefront. Even the LIVE receptionist was a sweetheart!!

Jen Aguilar Popped in yesterday because we needed something notarized. We bank online and havent used the lobby in years. Greeted quickly and very politely, but then had to wait over 30 min for 1 stamp because we watched the only notary in the building take a new client to set up a new acct. Everyone knew we were there for 1 stamp. Our interaction with her was very pleasant, but literally 2 min. Manager directing clients had a man who only spoke Portuguese come in- he was determined to get him to leave several times by giving him a card with a phone number to call. The man dug his heals in and used a translator app. All he needed was help logging into a new devise and eventually figured it out. Great staff for the most part! Could use some common sense in directive traffic with only 1 notary on staff. And be kind to those who just need an extra minute of your time.
