My experience with Fernando (Salesman) was very positive. He was friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a car within my budget. He and Beth (Finance Manager) explained financing options and handled all the paperwork. Overall, I would recommend Riker’s Auto Financial to others. Fernando’s excellent customer service skills made the process smooth, and I’m very happy with my purchase!

Thanks to Robert an Valerie they had me come in an helped me out in the best way possible perfect sized vehicle that fits my budget and they made sure I was able to walk away with a vehicle even with hurdles an minor issues .. they are awesome Please please get here. Did i mention I’m cheap an picky an they still accommodated me the best way possible — UPDATE 2 days after having the vehicle it broke down it’s been 4 days they have been working n waiting on parts. The finance company is amazing with giving them time to get it fixed since I’ve missed work .. I’m unsure how long this will take place or what issues will arise in the mean time ! But I’ll keep an update going on because I like to be very honest n forthcoming
