1 /5 Gene Echols: I would never use these people, they dont know what they are doing.They had 4 people working on my deal and they apparently dont communicate with each other. They have a document company that they use to pay off loans and hold escrow which is contrary to Florida Law. I have been a broker for 30 years, documentation companies do not handle funds. They asked for things they didnt need like a sellers closing statement which is an agreement between seller and broker and none of their business. They took days longer than needed and acted like a bunch of self important bankers that were not acting the best interest of their client. Im sure they will post a lame response blaming me as the problem. I just call them like I see them. I have closed 100s of boats and know what is needed, these folks aint right. How is it they are in business for 30 years and only have 1 review?
