1 /5 Melissa Keith: Wish I could write less than 1 star review. Attention, anyone thinking about banking with Truist please think again. If you like actually having your money hit your account and being able to spend your own money DO NOT BANK HERE. Put our account on hold, no explanation, giving us the run around for , what they said would be a maximum of “7 business days” and here we are on day 7 and they still won’t unfreeze the account or give ANY explanation. They wont give the “pending” check back, they wont just close the account so I can take my business elsewhere, nothing. Offered to provide documentation, ANY proof they needed but no. Just gave me a simple “sorry, you have to wait longer” and shooed us out. Absolutely appalled. In all my years on this earth I have never had such terrible customer service. Hope with all my soul that this entire company goes bankrupt.
