Shavada Jones I visited my local PNC Branch today to complete a verification process for my new account that I opened online. The branch banker, Ashley Gray, was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I was verified and updating my information. Ashley also helped me confirm and change my user ID and password for online banking. Throughout the process, she thoroughly explained everything she was doing and why, which I greatly appreciated. Ashley also took the time to explain the banking products and the great features they offer. I was able to get a new debit card and set up my Zelle account, all thanks to her assistance. When I had difficulty coming up with a new user ID and password, she offered some excellent recommendations. Overall, Ashley was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful.
