I talked with four employees and spent almost an hour interacting with them. My problem was solved and I walked away with a smile and in a great mood because of them. They have had three weeks to appraise my home, and have failed to provide us an appraisal amount, and the appraiser they privately hired, failed to do the same, and is refusing to disclose. I am now less than two weeks away from closing, and am unable to pack my belongings or find a new home. I will follow up with a BBB complaint about Cardinal and their unethical practices.
