5 /5 Donald Mears: Cole is the best of the best! I had several appointments in the one of Mariannas office and they had to cancel because of their staff was sick! The young lady at the Mariannas office called Coles office and made me a appointment for that day! I drove over 30 miles for this appointment to get my income taxes done! You guys always do a great job but this time it aways beyond that! Thank you again Cole!

2 /5 Jerry Monlyn: On March 4th, 2024, I visited H&R Block to retrieve my tax papers, which I had submitted on February 28th of the same year. Upon my arrival, I requested my complete tax returns, but the establishment was unable to locate them initially. After an eight-minute search, they discovered my papers on an employees desk. I specifically chose H&R Block for its reputation for fast service at this location. However, the service I received was not up to par. I would not use this establishment again and cannot recommend it unless you are willing to wait.

5 /5 Melissa P: The ladies at your Blountstown location were very friendly and was warm welcoming from the time I walked in the front door until I was walked out by the lady working up front of the office. The tax preparer was very nice, she explained everything that she was doing during my appointment and she answered all questions I had. I was very happy with my appointment.

1 /5 Davidson James “Outlaw”: Hey these people saved me I had been trying to do my taxes for weeks and they helped so much update I didnt pay enough attention to what took place I had my taxes done online and just had a problem with e-signing so that should have been all I needed done but after looking at everything I received $1500 less then what the hr block pro online had put in my summary it shows that this amount was submitted but the office didnt submit this amount they submitted a lower amount then charged me $555 to do this and now I cant get anyone to respond as to why I was done this way Ill never use hr block again money is tight these days but even worse when a company basically steals $1500 from you Im really upset had used them for several years but no more if you use them double check everything before you leave and make sure they not robbing you

5 /5 Kristina Holdeman: My experience was awesome this year. Nobody had any available appointments to do my taxes, and I got a call from Cole saying he could fit mine in if I could upload my documents. Life saver! Very much appreciated!
