Was solicited to come to “Customer appreciation days” where I could supposedly refinance my loan and get some Christmas cash DENIED. Branch told me I would never quality for that amount in their branch Whose running this business? The home office or the branch? Wasted 4 hours traveling from Bonifay and 2 of those hours for them to check my credit Wondering if I will qualify for a refinance or another loan ever at this branch Paying $72 a month, it’s hard but it’s paid on time.

George Malone I’ve got to say probably the best bank around for customer service and overall banking experience… the staff is phenomenal I’ve been banking at the Fernandina branch for several years now !!!!!!
