Vanessa Cusell Dont deposit cash in the ATM outside. It ate all my rent money. However with that being said, the store manager Allen Wier was amazing in helping me get my money back. The bank does not service the outside ATM, but he was on the phone instantly with the company, and he filed a claim for my money. Although I did have to wait 3 business days, the money was back in my account. Im very thankful for all his help.

STOP to end texts I follow the protocol, and came to this branch, what a great costumer service, very helpful staff got a replacement card, an investigation that got my money back and the one reason to keep banking with BOFA. I highly recommend you, members of your family and friends to come to this branch. Now I can go back to sleep

Kathy Lemasters A shout out to Kayla McSwain for her incredible work on our home and auto insurance. Kayla has gone the extra MILES for us in getting the best coverage for the money for our beach home and auto. She explores multiple options and is very good at explaining the details to people like myself who do not deal with insurance on a daily basis. (My husband who is an attorney and understands this well gives Kayla an A+!) Kayla is easy to talk to and a great listener which makes these complicated decisions easier.
