If you recognize this activity, reply YES. If not, reply NO. STOP to end texts I follow the protocol, and came to this branch, what a great costumer service, very helpful staff got a replacement card, an investigation that got my money back and the one reason to keep banking with BOFA. I highly recommend you, members of your family and friends to come to this branch. Now I can go back to sleep

1 /5 Angel Couzo: I’ve been with this bank for 19 years and every time I step foot in there they judge me they question my deposits to the max to the extend that they refuse to cash it. Not to mention they don’t know anything they have no knowledge of their job requirements. I think after 19 years you guys can trust me Jesus definitely going to a different bank

I never feel so unrespectful. Then she Lie in front of me to the manager that was a misunderstanding... I am already thinking about moving to other bank ..

1 /5 Cinthya Camacho: Good Bank... HORRIBLE customer consideration!!!! Ever since I can remember this bank has good location but theres ALWAYS a lack of tellers. Its Thursday 1:25 PM and there is 6 people in front of me and 8 people behind me and .... ONE TELLER... ONEEEEEEE ..... doesnt this bank have money for at least one more teller????? SHAME ON THE BANK MANAGER that doesnt see this problem time and time again.... thats why I bank elsewhere and just come here when my job sends me here... and everytime I come here I realize why I rather drive farther for faster service.

5 /5 vidit bhargava: Came here for some small banking issue and was dealt with very quickly and effectively. Alexander help me and was fast, efficient and extremely pleasant and professional to work with. I noticed a very similar experience to all the customers that were in the bank too.
