1 /5 Jacquelyn Platthy: This is a horrible establishment! Shady tactics all the way! They didn’t do anything to help people during the pandemic to keep loans current and then when wanting to resolve and bring current, they are rude and have no compassion to explain what’s needed! I was on time with all my payments prior to the pandemic, it hit my family really hard and we fell behind. Now that we would like to resolve and see what are options are the employees are untrained and show no willingness to help! It’s almost as if they don’t know what the process is other than just bring the loan current! The problem is I have collateral, and just wanted one of their agents to explain the process with the collateral. I spoke with a supervisor Terry in corporate who was extremely rude and and condescending, she also had no knowledge to provide. She said she was the only supervisor I could speak with. I called back and spoke with Amanda who use to work in the repo department and she was so pleasant and knowledgeable! She actually explained my options to me! Unfortunately I still have to get legal assistance because it seems as if they are double dipping with trying to recoup their money and they can’t have both. I’m submitting a complaint with the OFR and the attorney general along with the consumer protection agency. I was lead to believe by this supervisor Terry that she was the only person I could speak with, and she was unwilling to provide assistance. She also would not provide me her agent ID. I wish I would have spoke with Amanda first! She knew what the next steps were! She was the only agent who actually could answer my questions and show empathy! Hopefully all their calls are actually recorded! This company is very shady!
