5 /5 Shavada Jones: I visited my local PNC Branch today to complete a verification process for my new account that I opened online. The branch banker, Ashley Gray, was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I was verified and updating my information. Ashley also helped me confirm and change my user ID and password for online banking. Throughout the process, she thoroughly explained everything she was doing and why, which I greatly appreciated. Ashley also took the time to explain the banking products and the great features they offer. I was able to get a new debit card and set up my Zelle account, all thanks to her assistance. When I had difficulty coming up with a new user ID and password, she offered some excellent recommendations. Overall, Ashley was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a great experience, thanks to her exceptional service.

1 /5 Happy: This Bank always has trouble giving you your money ATM is usually broken or their systems down. There needs to be some kind of punishment when the bank cant give me my money. Should be just like a overdraft fee you can give me $35 I bet the machines would be working then

5 /5 Margaret Beier: PNCs hours are seriously limited. Have banked at PNC for many years. The hours are not customer friendly. Hours listed include 1:00 on Saturdays. We needed to make an emergency deposit on a Saturday. Arrived at 12:30. Bank was closed. At the drive thru, one employee was kind enough to speak with us. She said we should look at PNC website for correct hours. Knowing how many customers use Google info, any PNC employee could check the info for accuracy periodically. ANYONE can suggest changes/corrections to Google.

1 /5 George Rolle: This why you should read google reviews before you go to any business establishment STOP let me save you some time and frustration do not open a bank account at this PNC me and my schedule an appointment with Ronnie Cruz bank manager to open a business account and a line of credit and credit card. I did my research before coming into the bank this should a 24 hour process it’s been 2 week nightmare we still have no credit cards we still have no line of credit and my deposit for my new account was nightmare they took the money out my Chase account to put a hold on my money when my calm to ask why the had to verify the funds but we said how our you verify funds you already have in your bank? that’s when I realized this was a bad idea. I knew it was bad idea when me and my was leaving after meeting with Mr Cruz that day when I seen another customer ripping him apart like she was very unhappy I told my with that’s not a good look. He over promise and under deliver my had to call him and check on update of our account he never called us back once. Whoever is in charge of PNC need to send help to this branch asap I am scared I gave this guy our information so if anybody at the top of this organization can give me a contact information please do because this bank is crumbling and bed business for PNC. The worst banking experience ever so far in my life.
