T Stephane (Stephane T) Great customer service! Joyce the associate was very helpful and made sure the items I purchase fit perfectly. The staff is very friendly and professional. The mens selection is not on display like in most of the Kendra Scott store, but it’s I store and available. After choosing my items they process it from the back and it was ready in less than 5 min.

michelle lee I came across Cabrera’s Jewelry on TikTok live, I texted the number and send them the picture of which jewelry piece I wanted. They were fast to respond and walked me through the whole process. There were some inconveniences during my package delivery, I’ve reach out to Cabreras and they were able to help locate my package for me. They are awesome! I highly recommend them. I’m so happy that I came across Cabrera’s Jewelry on TikTok. I will definitely purchase more from them.

Kayla Joynes This place is great. From the customer service to the store it self. I recently got engaged on my cruise and the ring didn’t quite fit. I called to make sure they were able to do it in store. When I called I spoke to Les Dawson, let me just say this he is absolutely fantastic! He answered all of my questions and was so friendly. When I went in to drop the ring off I spoke with him again and was pleased with how nice everyone including him were. We paid extra to get done expressed and I got a call the next morning not to long after they were open that my ring was ready. I will be going back if I need anything else. This is by far the best jewelry store I’ve been to! Props to Les Dawson for great customer service and going above and beyond!

Timothy Zito I just had a 3-hour large-scale tattoo done by Kelly, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I have very sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder, and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. She took the time to understand my skin sensitivities and adjusted her approach to accommodate them, which I’ve never experienced at any other shop. She also gave me clear, thoughtful aftercare instructions tailored specifically to my skin type. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.

Mr. T Recently had a repair done on a chain/pendant set I’ve had for over 20 years! This is actually the original Tiger Iron dog tag. Perfect size in my opinion. I also had the chain lengthened and added a Saint Christopher’s medallion. Between Keith, Luis and Anisha I was very well taken care of! It was very enjoyable to learn about the history of some of the pieces and to see such passion from those who work with the company. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience!
