He was extremely professional, kind, and courteous. He was very thorough in explaining the coverage that best suited my needs, and I felt that he had my best interests in mind. Terri Sudden Alisa provided AMAZING customer service. She worked tirelessly to resolve an issue with my escrow payment check being cashed but not posted to my policy and was able to ensure that the payment was properly processed, posted and that my declaration page was transmitted to my mortgage holder before there was a lapse in the policy. Fantastic service!!
