1 /5 Claudine Sabater: Representatives were rude, unsympathetic and talked over me. I could barely get a word out! I would say one thing and they wanted to transfer me right away. I spoke with multiple representatives that kept giving me the runaround. I got into an accident the day I signed up for insurance with one of their companies (United Automobile Insurance Company) who I’m going to give a piece of my mind to as well, they have lazy and nasty reps themselves. They’ve cheated me out of money that I need for my child and did not even cover my accident claim. They stated that my accident happened 2 hours before they finalized me! So technically I was not covered. One rep even said to me, “even if the accident happened 2mins before, we still wouldn’t help you.” Rude and unsympathetic. Give your reps some sympathy training. The only reason they didn’t finalize me was because the rep left the office and came back later to finalize me on the same day. I even provided them proof of all my interactions with the rep that day and still NOTHING. Stay away from them they will take your money and take it nastily. So many financial hits have happened to me after dealing with the issues they have caused me and my family. And they have the nerve to keep charging me while my car is waiting at the shop to get out which I can’t get out because I can’t afford it. Because they were supposed to help me with that. You guys are awful and I’m going up higher than this google review. FTC, Gov and above if I can.
