Ive been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I dont know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent. I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technologys fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money thats been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the banks fault so Im not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.
