1 /5 Kevin Enciso: Ms. Velez was recommended, she messed up my taxes causing delays and she said she forgot to add a W2 provided after I waited patiently and finally asked her to check on it. Also was told she would review previous year’s taxes for me and to just remind her, which I did even months after but never got a reply once she finished my current year’s taxes. The offers of a free cruise/hotel stay were not really free with required fees of up to 300 dollars per person depending on the offer. Just not happy with the service on all fronts.
