1 /5 Chau Nguyen: Never have ever dealt with a company with this kind of service. Worst ever! only texts, cannot talk to person or a manager ever.
Their Payment Portal is STILL in Beta. made payment on 9/8 but their "502 system error" caused it to not appear even though funds were withdrawn from my bank account. Have to wait 45-90 days till my bank finish their investigation now on why funds were withdrawn...
Rude and demanding customer agents who take No accountability for why their payment portal Failed. no manager to talk to.
Unbelievably high interest rates. Avoid! borrowed $2900 , they took 7% origination fees up front then charge 10 weekly payments of $571.05 every single week. (not even bi weekly like every other lender in America). so thats about $5700 on 2700 loan.....
Horrific customer service agents who threaten you, who are reluctant to give their names. asked 3 times before "Charlie" and "Betty" gave their names via text. Unbelievable, this company will not be in business long with this horrific service. "digital first" company where payment portal is in Beta, the irony.
Run away and avoid this company at all costs!
