1 /5 Harold Stafford: The Branch Manager at the Hunters Creek Location and her Loan person Joel are both the rudest people. She was horrible to me on the phone addressed me and told me I didn’t understand the difference between net and gross and I already had an existing loan with then, and was only doing a refinance. The Branch manager is rude, unprofessional, and down right not a people person. The loan officer never called me back even after 4 messages left for him. I have spoken with corporate customer care and the district about this situation. They seem to be very professional. However it doesn’t change the way this branch manager and loan officer spoke to me and how rude and unprofessional they are. STAY AWAY from this location. You will regret any dealings you have with this location. Go elsewhere. Try a different location maybe you will have a better experience. But not this one. These people are horrible and rude.

1 /5 Marjorie D: We have been consumers since 2015 passed hurricanes and pandemics and several employee turnovers as well as management . This manager by far is one of the worse representation of this company . Monique , her tone of voice , delivery and her communication is very rude and combative . She’s already responding with her elevated voice forcefully before you can even finish . You can tell she has misused her authority by the way she demeans her customer during a conversation. Don’t be condescending , If we say we will call you back don’t be insistent in saying we will be late when loan is due on 20th we are calling you for arrangements not hiding .Clearly Shes worried about enforcing her title not in business to sympathize with customers .
