1 /5 Marie Wilson: Worst customer serive I have ever received. I talked to roughly 6 people to only receive 6 different answers as to why my money was incorrectly deposited by A SUNTRUST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. And then to top if off person #5, got an attitude with me and hung up on me!!! I continuously was transferred to different departments for 2 hrs... I will be taking my accounts and refinancing my car loan somewhere else because I have never received such poor customers service and rude employees who ultimately costed me $800. Shame on you, Suntrust. Shame on you.
