You need someone you can trust and someone that will handle everything, and I mean everything. Nancy and her team answered all of my first time home buyer questions, as well as diligently handled everything with my complex VA loan. It was overwhelming for us at first because this was our first home purchase, but Eddie, Lourdes, Iliani, and Juliet were so helpful and patient as we went through the entire process. They were always very kind when we had a million questions and made sure we understood everything in detail. Eddie came to our closing to ensure everything went smoothly and we appreciated that so much! They made financing the easiest part about buying a home!

Thank you again! I’m a little late on writing my review, as I closed on my house Nov 2017, but I just had to share my great experience. All of the team at Orlando Financial Center were really great - I even did some last minute rate shopping and found they didn’t have the fees similar companies had, so I ended up getting a lower rate and lower overall cost by going with them. I’m considering possibly refinancing due to the current low rates, and I’ll definitely be calling them if I decide to do this. Thank you to the team for making my first home buying experience smooth and as simple as it can be! :)

Eddie and the rest of the team are very responsive, knowledgeable, polite, honest and professional. They always make you feel like youre part of the family. I still get holiday and birthday greetings from them every year. I reached out to Eddie in 2021 while shopping for a bigger home for a growing family. Eddie ran my numbers and provided me his honest feedback. My family ultimately went with a VA loan through another lender but Eddie was still available if I had questions or needed consulting services. They fully supported us throughout the process and went above and beyond to save us money outside of the refinance. The team is very responsive and clearly cares about their clients.
