Princess Mo You receive the best customer service at this bank in the whole Indian country. I went in everyone greeted me, I was helped by a young lady named Cindy. I need bank statements for some reason they’re not popping up in my app, as she’s working with customers she is printing out one year supply of bank statement for me. She knew it was going to take a while, she took my phone number. Said she’ll give me a call when she’s complete. In about an hour, I received the phone call supreme customer service. Bonnie o This is my favorite CU. Any issue that Ive had has been quickly resolved. Christian Martinez and Nancy New are respectful and eager to help. They always welcome me and make me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate their assistance and encourage others to join this CU. I have been a member since the 1980s and have kept my account with them even while living in Seattle and Philadelphia. Love them!
