5 /5 Princess Mo: You receive the best customer service at this bank in the whole Indian country. I went in everyone greeted me, I was helped by a young lady named Cindy. I need bank statements for some reason they’re not popping up in my app, as she’s working with customers she is printing out one year supply of bank statement for me. She knew it was going to take a while, she took my phone number. Said she’ll give me a call when she’s complete. In about an hour, I received the phone call supreme customer service. I love this Truist and this location only.!! Cindy thanks

1 /5 Kann: This branch is so horrible they will freeze your account with no reason at all and the fact that I cant get access to a wire that came in. They say that they are looking into it bull crap. I have never. I am going to call better business this is insane

1 /5 Travis Wood: Horrible bank!!!!! Do not trust these people with your money! The atm has taken my money and turned off on me two times! The first time was almost 1800$ and I had to wait over 2 business weeks for them to give me my money back second time the machine just took 120$ and didn’t go into my account had to wait another 2 business weeks to get my 120$ back. so I learned my lesson on going to the atm so I go through the drive though and the lady shorts my deposit and then had an attitude with me when I walked back in there and told her she didn’t deposit the right amount! 3 times in the past 2 years has this bank robbed me for my money!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK! Horrible experience!

5 /5 Matt M: Walked into this branch and was instantly greeted by Cindy. I dont have an account yet, but she was able to help me and answer all my questions. Very friendly and personable. This is the type of customer service that will keep me as a customer for life. I will now be opening an account with SunTrust, so I have something closer to work since the bank I have were I live is to far away. Thank you again Cindy for the great customer service and awesome personality.
