1 /5 Merry rmz: Took 30 mins in the drive thru and when I called inside the button apparently wasnt even working, and when i called the phone from the branch they didnt even bother to pick up the phone. Bad customer service by far.

1 /5 Scott Deutsch: This bank has made more mistakes in 2 years than 25 years in every other bank Ive dealt with. The employees are very nice but management must change. Management does not care, makes many mistakes and never support their staff.

1 /5 Roberto Vieites: Very bad work, mainly by the character Julian Serna who is capable of treating clients with very rudeness and airs of greatness.After more than 15 years with this entity, thank this guy for leaving the Bank to another entity in May. .

1 /5 thebestgamer jr: Ever since manager maxine left. She was the best manager. Now , this place is no longer friendly and I will never step foot inside again. It is no longer the same .I was forced to give this branch a one star but it really does not deserved a one star it deserves 0 . Yesterday , the front staff at the desk was rude and nasty . She had a nasty attitude and she has not been working there that long to even act the way she did. I use to come to branch for over 10 years but ever since the excellent manager maxine left it has been the pits. This place is the worst branch now.
