5 /5 Bonnie o: This is my favorite CU. Any issue that Ive had has been quickly resolved. Christian Martinez and Nancy New are respectful and eager to help. They always welcome me and make me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate their assistance and encourage others to join this CU. I have been a member since the 1980s and have kept my account with them even while living in Seattle and Philadelphia. Love them!

5 /5 I Mellone: The Merritt Island Branch provides excellent service for which I have never waited more than a few minutes. Christian, Shelly, and others have been helpful in setting up accounts, accessing the safety deposit box, and providing other routine banking services.

Thus went to the nearest Addition Financial which was the Merritt Island Branch and was expertly taken care of by Nancy. She was very helpful, calm and understanding. I first met Shelly Carroll on 11/12/24, after receiving a call from Marisol, who said she was simply calling to be sure I was happy with my account and to inform me of a service I qualified for. I prefer face-to-face transactions for my finances and Shelly went astronomically above and beyond what might have been expected or required. I highly recommend Addition Financial!
