Anita Williams I have been a member with Penfed for over 30 years and have never been to a branch before. After this experience, I am grateful that I do not have to repeatedly do this! I came in person to make a cash deposit. WOW! One teller ...and shes slow like molasses going up a hill. There were seven of us in line with her and although there was another person servicing the drive thru, that lady didnt even see fit to ask to service the next person in line. Where is the customer service? Didnt give one star because she was polite when I was finally served. This is not rocket science! Since you are not equipped with personnel to service more than 2-3 persons, a system needs to be in place to avoid persons, especially retired older people to stand for over 30 minutes in a line. You have all of these chairs. Simply, have a numbered ticket system so we can sit & wait. I see why your reviews are so terrible.

Emily Dupas I’m so so excited to continue working with Andy and Elliott to manage my financial needs! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. Andy has a great way of explaining everything in a way that you truly know what’s being done with your funds and you can tell that they care about getting you to where you want to be. The communication with everyone there is amazing and I feel taken care of. I feel like so many people (myself included) don’t realize that they could have access to a resource like this until they take the first step to find out. and I’m so glad I did!

John Howe Check Ashley’s tax service has been doing my taxes for over 11 years. Every time I go there, I feel like family and they r so professional Now she even has an app where you don’t even need to go to her office And that’s great cause I moved out of state. Thanks guys John

Carlos Velazquez HORRIBLE!! I wouldn’t put even 1 star, they don’t deserve it. Last time I made my tax here, I waste 8 hours waiting for them to do my taxes, and also they took me 638.90, this it’s the worst and unprofessional place I’ve ever been
