4 /5 Briana Boehm: I would give the place one star over the man named Rob who works here. 4 stars is what I’m giving though because the branch manager Brandon is amazing and super understanding. He made arrangements for my husband and genuinely wants to help people. Rob on the other hand harasses and threatens people. My husband made a payment and was one week late on this month and he still was threatening to have my husbands car repoed and laughed at my husband. Rob wants to see you lose your vehicle and clearly hates his job. He gives this company a bad look.

5 /5 Brittany Barnes: I thought Id be disappointed with PFS because of the high interest rate on my loan. I was offered to refinance a few years ago and Im saving 5% interest now. Ive only been to the branch in person once, but I had a pleasant experience while I was there. No one is ever rude, always welcoming and professional when I speak with them over the phone. And yes, they DO report to creditors. My history with PFS is marked as all on-time payments in the 4 years theyve been my lienholder on both Transunion and Equifax. It looks like not everybody has had the same experience, but theyre probably just mad that their credit sucks and this is the only place that would approve them with high interest.

1 /5 Ashley: WORST FINANCE COMPANY EVER!!! Beware they do not report to the creditors!! The run around is insane as they promise you they will start reporting after the system update is complete at the end of march 2018!! I financed a car in August of 2017 and theres not even an open loan showing on my credit report, nor the 4 positive payments ive made on the car!!! Refinancing through any credit union is next to impossible due to no positive payment history??? They have not one problem accepting monthly payment, but cant spend the money to report positively on you. This puts their customers in a financial strain, and its an absolute shame when they are doing the right thing making their payments on time and its not boosting their credit in any way?? Absolutly disgusted with the customer service, the lies, the run around, and broken promises!! Its stated in writing they report to the credit beaureas...i see a class action suit in their near future! READ BEFORE SIGNING FINAL DOCUMENTS!

1 /5 Aaron Daugherty: From the begining of my loan it took almost a year before they started to report to the credit bueros and after having the loan paid off it has taken more than thirty days for them to report that it has been paid off. All of this bad reporting has hurt my credit more than it has helped.

1 /5 Mandy Houston: They do NOT report to credit bureaus. I put 4,000 down on my car in March and have made early payments and there is STILL nothing on my credit report. When I call to ask about the issue, I am told "it is a known issue, working to get resolved". If you are working to rebuild your credit, I wouldnt recommend this place.
