Debra Underwood I may have submitted a review already but just in case I havent: I have been with Responsive Insurance almost from the beginning. I have never been disappointed with them. Matt and his staff are always professional and easy to work with. For those of us that do not understand the insurance business they never hesitate to take the time needed to fully explain the details. When it comes to claims - Matt has always been right there. He does what needs to be done to get the claim paid correctly and on time. I highly recommend Responsive Insurance for ALL your insurance needs.

They are very competitive and offer some really great ways to boost coverage that add a lot of value compared to a basic General Liability policy. Alan Dorsey is our rep and hes always quick and gets us the answers we need when we have questions. The underwriters are very helpful. The system is very user friendly and easy to quote with. Pie Jenni (Jennie Pie) I dont even know where to begin.....There are no words for the level of customer service this company provides. My son was in an auto accident, and was having a hard time navigating the process of what he is supposed to do after the accident.... When he received a letter from the DMV concerning his accident, he didnt understand what the DMV was requiring from him, and neither did I.....He called National, and asked if they were familiar with the letter he received , and they were not. The letter was 6 pages long and had sbout 8 different option he needed to do, but only if step a was this then go to step b, or skip step b and do c,d,& e instead.....very confusing! The next day, ONE OF THE MANAGERS FROM NATIONAL DROVE FROM ORLANDO TO JACKSONVILLE to help! He sat down with us and read the letter, (which is 6 pages) and explained it to us step by step so we could understand what was being asked of my son to do. UNBELIVEABLE! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude, & tell you how thankful I am. You sir made a difference. Because of you, myself & my family will remain loyal customers for life. Please dont ever change. Thank you for everything! I will always reccommend your agency to anyone I hear of needing insurance.

He contacted me about my Mothers Home Owners policy that was a month from renewal and informed me that he had found a new policy that would save her approx. $3000 a year. I was grateful and so happy that he looked ahead to find her something without even being prompted to. Thats what I call amazing customer service.
