Cindy is extremely helpful, quick to respond and will answer any and all question without hesitation. She helped tremendously in understanding coverage while giving me multiple options for finding something new. The home insurance renewal declaration that I received in August 2025 did not take into consideration the fact that I replaced the roof in March 2025. Daniel and Gisell were very helpful in updating the roof information. The insurance carrier took only 3 business days to reflect the update and reduce the premium. The office of Lee Atkins provided me with excellent service.

James Howell Dog water of a company, called to swap insurance from my jeep to my new used dodge nitro, a tiny lil suv..These fools wanted to charge me 100 extra dollars a month. They couldn’t provide me with a reason other than just because. Told the supervisor I spoke to I was just gonna get a different company if they didn’t fix that obvious price gouging, she didn’t seem to care idk she must have really good job security or a lot saved or not own stocks in the company she works for. Anyways I got new insurance and will not be paying my bill for progressive btw my new insurance was 75 dollars less same cars. Eat one progressive!
