We’ve had the price drop 3 times, I’ve never had a price drop with any other company, also it’s a simple process to get a teen discount for good grades and the driver course. My daughters car was hit while parked in a parking lot, we went through the other persons insurance for the claim, they were moving slow so contacted travelers, told them we didn’t want to file a claim through them because of it possibly increasing our rates.
