Tee W I paid off my car today and had to thank everyone at Argentum for an awesome experience! First they gave me a loan on my dream car with bad credit. Then when I fell ill and could no longer work they were there for me offering suggestions and solutions. Last but not least their customer service team is always fun and uplifting I just never dreaded calling them for anything! No matter who I talked to they made me smile and laugh. I even asked if I could get another loan through them! Lol apparently it doesn’t work that way but they helped me build my credit so that I’m very grateful for. Patricia Dillman Recently I was in a bind regarding paperwork for our taxes. It was truly going to take me days of forensic accounting to do my project. Then Doug and Jarrod came to my rescue… instead of days, they gave me the information I needed within minutes. This banking team is priceless. They are what a banking experience should be … caring, knowledgeable and efficient… I can’t give this branch a high enough rating. Any poor ratings on this site had to be with some other group because these people are fantastic!

Ken D The tellers are nice, but this branch is useless. The team leader Magdi, Is useless. He has no authority to make any decisions yet will imply that he can help you. This bank is horrible. The back office can place holds on accounts. There is nothing the branch can do even though Magdi will tell you he will try to help. I would rather a cardboard cut out behind a desk, than to have a “person” with no authority lying to me with a pleasant tone.

Edd Varmo Great attention to clients, always take their time with their customers and make you feel comfortable though every process youre going through; either is taxes, financial services or even immigration. They speak English and Spanish which also helps. Absolutely no complaints. Keep on with the good work.
