Ten days and 4 phone calls call center misinforms client I would assume in a scheme to hang onto your money as long as humanly possible. I feel grossly undeserved and I cant wait to be rid of this cause many I have contacted the attorney General and will now contact the better business bureau. Pull your money now they will take months to pay out. Run far and fast

Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. Miss Velasco was also very knowledgeable and readily able to assist me with what I thought was a complex banking issue. The entire interaction lasted a short time and with Miss Velasco’s assistance, I was able to complete all of my necessary banking business at that time.
