Michael Odom This place is actually one of the many historical places here in Crestview, FL! Used to be the public library named after Robert L.F. Sikes which he was a senator for Florida! and in 1995 I believe. Our community college in Niceville, FL needed more room and purchased it and started using it as part of the college campus which is now Northwest Florida State College.

K M I have the utmost respect for this office and the wonderful people who work here they care about me and my investments! I feel like Im a member of their own family Mr. Crutchfield watches over my investments as if they were his own he keeps me informed on all of them either by a phone call or written letter. They came very highly recommended by an attorney of whom they also handle his investments. My money has grown since Ive hired them couldnt be happier!

Sebastian We have been banking with Suncoast Credit Union for over a decade so this is my third updated review (first was 5 stars, second when they moved locations was 3 stars, third is this review and they have indeed fixed the ATM outages from my last review) and Ive bumped it back up to 5 stars. Theyre great all around from having many great services and partnerships with genuinely good Arcadia and Govt support groups to the employees who do their job, but if youre trying to do something you should be able to do they will really try hard for you. I would have just bumped it up to 4 stars but the staff and speediness and helpfulness outside of banking on top of being a good credit union warrant 5 stars in my opinion. I dont think Ive had to wait more than 6 minutes to see someone even when its filled. And, cherry on top, they are lead by a great manager with good morals and stick-to-itiveness. She leads by example and I imagine thats why the employees are all so helpful. She does her due diligence, puts her heart into it and its very respectable; exactly the type of person youd want leading your credit union.

Matt Harris Caleb is an excellent man of great character. Have genuinely enjoyed getting to know him and work with him. I have high confidence that you can trust him to work in your best interest as well.

Brenda Kadet I like this bank. Helped me with several CDs, which have a higher rate than any other bank in this area.

Josiah M SCCU has the most and highest fees of any credit union I have worked with. They also combine this with generally bad customer service. They do tend to have decent rates but not any better than Launch FCU who have much lower transaction fees and much better customer service.
