1 /5 Lucas M: I deposited a check on the 23rd they wont clear the money till the 2nd thats way to long to wait and nothing i can do but wait I called and they wont release the money any sooner and i cant get the check back I didnt know it was going to take that long I figured a few days or I wouldnt have deposited it this us ridiculous i will be switch after the check clears

5 /5 Eily Lozada: I can’t say enough great things about Ashley Straka. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my mother in law in the process of buying a car and getting it registered, etc. When the bank and the DMV in our county was giving us a hard time with the process , she was there to back us up and handle everything for us. Truly grateful for her !!

5 /5 Hifeice Stewart: I always ask for Ashley Straka. I really love the respect she give when handling clients. She always gives the correct information that you need. If she dont know it she will do more research to find out then let you know.

1 /5 Elaine White: The branch in Arcadia Fl is a joke. After multiple visits Ive seen visiting at the counter, high fives between teller and customer. waited in lines with others that complained also. One elderly gentleman was there when i walked up, he said he should have packed a lunch. After watching the teller visit with cust. she finally called the gentleman up, and he said, "are you sure?" You could tell it pissed the teller off and she said " you want help or not" Another time I needed information on wire transfer, the girl left for 10 minutes, came back and said yes you can do it over the phone. She walked away. I went to Port Charlotte Suncoast and they gave me a card that said wire service with a number and a print out. I will be closing my account with Suncoast in the near future. I cant keep driving to another town to get the service I deserve. Stay away from Arcadia Suncoast, its a joke.

5 /5 Sebastian: We have been banking with Suncoast Credit Union for over a decade so this is my third updated review (first was 5 stars, second when they moved locations was 3 stars, third is this review and they have indeed fixed the ATM outages from my last review) and Ive bumped it back up to 5 stars. Theyre great all around from having many great services and partnerships with genuinely good Arcadia and Govt support groups to the employees who do their job, but if youre trying to do something you should be able to do they will really try hard for you. I would have just bumped it up to 4 stars but the staff and speediness and helpfulness outside of banking on top of being a good credit union warrant 5 stars in my opinion. I dont think Ive had to wait more than 6 minutes to see someone even when its filled. And, cherry on top, they are lead by a great manager with good morals and stick-to-itiveness. She leads by example and I imagine thats why the employees are all so helpful. She does her due diligence, puts her heart into it and its very respectable; exactly the type of person youd want leading your credit union.
