Several texts and a phone call with Scott, who was kind and thorough in explaining options for an RV loan. Appreciated he was not interested in "selling" to me but rather interested in helping me find the best loan for me. I would definitely call them again if in the market for a loan. Sebastian We have been banking with Suncoast Credit Union for over a decade so this is my third updated review (first was 5 stars, second when they moved locations was 3 stars, third is this review and they have indeed fixed the ATM outages from my last review) and Ive bumped it back up to 5 stars. Theyre great all around from having many great services and partnerships with genuinely good Arcadia and Govt support groups to the employees who do their job, but if youre trying to do something you should be able to do they will really try hard for you. I would have just bumped it up to 4 stars but the staff and speediness and helpfulness outside of banking on top of being a good credit union warrant 5 stars in my opinion. I dont think Ive had to wait more than 6 minutes to see someone even when its filled. And, cherry on top, they are lead by a great manager with good morals and stick-to-itiveness. She leads by example and I imagine thats why the employees are all so helpful. She does her due diligence, puts her heart into it and its very respectable; exactly the type of person youd want leading your credit union.

Ashley W I spoke with Miss Erin Mullen about a loan and I felt she was very rude. Maybe it was me because I’m a first time home buyer, however her attitude was enough to make me go with a different company with a higher interest rate than home side.

He is incredible and has great attention to detail and asks all the appropriate questions to helping you sustain your wealth and retire more than comfortably. Incredible at planning meetings, following up, providing valuable information, and keeping you in touch with your finances and how they are progressing.
