Princess Mo You receive the best customer service at this bank in the whole Indian country. I went in everyone greeted me, I was helped by a young lady named Cindy. I need bank statements for some reason they’re not popping up in my app, as she’s working with customers she is printing out one year supply of bank statement for me. She knew it was going to take a while, she took my phone number. Said she’ll give me a call when she’s complete. In about an hour, I received the phone call supreme customer service. Recently I had an issue and had to go in....I thought getting the problem solved would take so much longer than it did but Casey Murdock was very fast, solved the problem with no other issues, answered all my questions thoroughly and even pulled out some blocks she had for my son to play with while we handled the issue. My son was super happy, I was beyond happy...... Couldnt ask for a better experience!!!
