Calu Kimbo Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Karen who always takes the time to help me to navigate issues and to answer questions. The best thing is that it is always easy to get an actual human being on the phone. I moved most all of my banking to USB because the big bank I used has closed most of their centers, closed the drive through in the one local center that remains and it impossible to get a real person on the phone. Im very happy with USB
