5 /5 Ashley Anderson: Been using One Main for years when situations arise. I appreciate Tonia working with me yesterday through technical issues and all. She even laughed with me great customer service. I haven’t had any issues with One Main and I recommend them.

1 /5 Shakiya B: Applied from a mailed offer on 9/2 & uploaded all required docs same day. Called office 9/2 to return Stephanie’s call and spoke to a man who said she was on lunch. No return call but received text to schedule consult. Scheduled for same day 9/2 at 4:40pm but never got a call. Called 9/3 & was told by a woman this time Stephanie was not available. Did not get a call back so I scheduled another consult through the text for same day 9/3 at 12:30pm. Never got a call for the appointment consult for the 2nd time. Sent email on 9/3 in reference to all this and got a reply on 9/5 telling me to call the office even though I explained in the email nobody wants to help me there. As of today 9/8 3pm no call (even though I called them 2x & scheduled 2 consult appointments per their requirement) & no loan status update when I log in. I’ll be opting out of them sending me anything moving forward because this has clearly been a waste of my time and potential credit pull. 100% will never recommend them and wish I could provide 0 stars for my review.

5 /5 codgod: I am drowning in debt and my credit score is only 600. I had to use my car as collateral, had to up my insurance, but I was able to get 8.5k. Tanya was an amazing help answering all my questions like what if I miss a payment or run into a situation. I was told if I need to miss a payment they can work with me on it. The interest is really high but they assured me if I can make principle payments it will be fine. I actually got approved for less at first but some strings were pulled to get me more. If you are in a dire situation one main can help get you through it.

1 /5 Joe Scott: Misleading application process. They should indicate clearly at the beginning of the application if its a secured or unsecured loan so the applicant has a clear understanding of what they are applying for instead of waiting until the end and the application is submitted. Then if you decide not to pursue the loan they should respect that rather than call and harass someone. Makes the business look desperate.
