3 /5 Barbara Bland: Mr. Cardona in mortgage department was exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeable. However, lobby wait was entirely too long. It was the last day of the month. Very busy bank.

5 /5 Linda Oliva: A letter was sent by me to John and I called to follow up I havent gotten a reply. It was marked as Personal. Im waiting on a return call since I havent heard back Ive been trying to call and no answer. I hope that doesnt mean that person didnt get his mail, or someone is just too busy to answer the incoming calls. At one time I gave him a email address as a friend not for anything other than that to send me a note on how hes doing.. I would like to hear from him tomorrow early morning or Ill try calling at when your branch opens your time10 am my time 9am. Today is Feb 06 2024

1 /5 Linda Oliva: I put in a formal inquiry with the FDIC about this bank and when I put your phone number in it said not an existing Bank of America partner. So I remember you all saying to the SSA office to send my checks to your bank and now what?? It is impossible to get a different bank without a permanent address. Are you expecting a different outcome from a once very healthy person???

1 /5 Rick J: The worst bank in America! I activated a new credit card and left it at my house unfortunately at the same time numerous contractors were there doing work for several days. An unknown person took my card used it for $220 and returned it the next day. I had no idea it was used until I got my first statement. I charged approximately $1,200 of valid charges. Bank of America refused to credit my account for the $220 even with a different person on video and a different signature! if you ever have a fraud complaint, good luck! Find a more trustworthy bank!
