2 /5 Logan: One of the worst Bank of Americas I’ve ever been to. They are alway jam packed, often to the point the line goes out the door. You’d think they’d have multiple tellers working the desk or on hand to offer assistance but it’s always just one or two with the other employees seemingly just standing around or conversing amongst themselves. The tellers that are working are generally very slow, appear angry and don’t provide much help. The walk-up ATM is outside and always has a large line as well. The only good thing about this bank are the drive-thru ATMs which are new and fast.
