India Jaysi Oh my goodness prayed last night that the assistance would fall through, woke up this morning with an email that my utility bill was paid! Kenya was such a great help, she was very pleasant. And really helped me through this hard time. I applied online on a Friday and heard back from Kenya on Monday. She asked for some further information, and said she wanted to give me a fair shot for assistance . I’m so beyond thankful!

Mark Hoffman Sent a check from the home office. Accepted the offer. Was solicited to come to “Customer appreciation days” where I could supposedly refinance my loan and get some Christmas cash DENIED. Branch told me I would never quality for that amount in their branch Whose running this business? The home office or the branch? Wasted 4 hours traveling from Bonifay and 2 of those hours for them to check my credit Wondering if I will qualify for a refinance or another loan ever at this branch Paying $72 a month, it’s hard but it’s paid on time.
