She goes by the nickname Andy, she’s the assistant vice president in the Stuart office. I needed a significant amount of checks and documentation for various reasons and ms. Garcia worked Diligently and professionally, where at another bank in another state turned me away because of the complexity and scope of the years of work required.That was no problem for Andy. She worked with my wife and I worked and with Truist back office and provided every single piece of documentation that I needed. She is a true professional and an asset to Truist bank, she will go far In the banking business and the customer service business. I met with Andy twice always by appointment always ready to greet me when I arrive, including their other staff, which is very pleasant but beyond Pleasantries
