1 /5 Sasha Rosa: If I can give less than one star I would. I was at a car dealership late one night buying a car and they recommended I call him being brand new to the state and not know where anything else was I did. He got me a policy and called it a night. When I went in to cancel my insurance policy I had on my previous car they gave me a better deal since we had multiple vehicles and our house covered with them. Id be a fool not to take the savings. I call the company I got through Mackenzie to cancel them and they transferred me to his office when he answered he asked for my name and immediately got angry at the fact that I wanted to cancel my service. He started to yell at me saying "he runs a business he took my call at 9 PM and got me service when I needed it and I can call the company and call and cancel myself cause its my problem" when I told him I did call the company and they told me to call him he said it was my problem and I needed to get it taken care of. He went on to yell about how he runs a business and how he is a business man who works just like I do. As I started to explain to him that he was a poor representation of what a business man in the customer service industry should display he hung up the phone on me. Being in the customer service field I would never allow my representatives to talk to anyone that way and he is the business owner thats a shame. I am so glad I got out of this mess as I can only imagine what my life would have been like if god forbid I stood with him as an agent. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL DISASTER! Revision: December 18th, 2017 The unprofessional-ism continues Scott has now threatened me with my personal information and continues to call me and is trying to intimidate me into taking down my post. STOP CONTACTING ME! I will not take this down. Furthermore I will post the pictures of the text messages he has sent me. This man is insane and I will make sure I post this everywhere I can. I was going to leave this alone but then he called and texted yesterday and I am sure he will never stop if I dont take action. This is borderline harassment and I am pretty sure if I tell him to STOP CONTACTING ME one more time it will make any further contact harassment. But just to be safe Ill say it again STOP CONTACTING ME! December 19th Scott continues to contact me. He is also so professional he went on to make a comment for himself and started talking smack about a 12 year old child. Not that its any of your business but my son is into sports and he is very restless when it comes to him playing sports. You look like a fool. What a great guy this man is. Funny you say I should go back to the trailer park in Chicago, people with common sense would have looked it up and know thats not what Chicago is known for and we dont have those. I will be filing a harassment claim against him. New picture will be posted of his most recent text.

On a Holiday weekend the quote Scott gave me matched exactly what I had in my budget and met the requirements, that also came with perks Scott suggested. Scott took my auto insurance needs very serious and explained everything very clearly. Immediately we were able to sign the deal and I went directly to the Drivers License Office which corrected ALL issues I had ! Thank You so much for Mackenzie Insurance Agency, they are the BEST . . . that is the honest to goodness truth !
